CANCELLATION POLICY
**Cancellation Notice**: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer your spot to another client. **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. **No-Shows**: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any notice, you will be charged the full amount of the service. **Emergency Situations**: I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and we'll work together to find a solution. *Arrival Time**: Please be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time. If you are not available within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show. **Repeat Offenses**: Clients who have multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.
